Refund & Returns Policy

We want you cosy and happy. Here is exactly how returns, refunds and membership cancellations work for our physical products.

30-day return window

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as long as they are unused, unwashed and in their original packaging with any seals intact. Start a return by emailing support@ramsaygasheat.shop with your order number.

Hygiene and sealed items

For hygiene reasons, some items cannot be returned once opened or used unless they are faulty. This includes socks, slippers, bedding, hot water bottles, heat packs and any item sold sealed where the seal is broken. Curtains, throws, draught-proofing and lighting can be returned if unused and in resalable condition.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any return postage. Please keep the packaging and send a photo where possible so we can help quickly.

Return shipping costs

For change-of-mind returns you cover the cost of return postage and we recommend a tracked service. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, we cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are refunded when the whole order is returned because it was faulty or incorrect.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued in USD to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return. Your bank may take a little longer to show the credit.

Lost or missing parcels

If tracking shows a delay or your parcel does not arrive, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and resend or refund where a parcel is confirmed lost.

Membership cancellations

You can cancel a paid membership at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your member benefits stay active until the end of the current paid period, and part-periods are not refunded because benefits are used month to month. Contact us to cancel or manage your plan.
